Ok.
So I left work today and it was hot (it was something like 93 today) and I was cranky, annoyed--at nothing, really. It has just been one of those days where most of it was spent dealing with this heatwave we're having right now. I work in an area of our building that has no air conditioning and, sometimes in this heat, it can really send my good-natured ways straight to the crapper.
Like it did today.
But, on the way out of the building after work---and really, I wish that I had my camera with me today because when I walked out of the building, I busted out laughing over a sight that should be seen by anyone having a bad day. Infact, the sight that I saw could possibly be the cure for even clinical depression. When the drugs aren't working anymore, just feast your eyes on this:

Now I realize that a lot of you out here have, at the very least, seen images of this car in print ads or even on the internet, or even a television ad. But, honest to God, I'm telling you that nothing compares to seeing this car up close & in person. The car was parked right next to mine and the closer I got to it, the funnier my day became. Infact, if you ever get bummed out or have a crappy day, I encourage you to visit this blog and look up this post.
And, if this image doesn't do it for you, maybe this one will:

ummmm....yea....that looks comfortable......NOT!! For some strange reason, this car reminds me of Randy Newman's tune, Short People. Little cars that go beep beep beep.
And thank you to the designers of Smart Fortwo---which by the way, when I first looked at the spelling, I thought it was Smart Fort Wo. I thought to myself, stupid name for a stupid looking car. It wasn't until I was driving home that I realized it was Smart For Two....lol....who's the stupid one?
